I didn’t start
as a CEO.
I grew into one.
From customer support to operations, from running on-ground businesses to leading a remote-first company — it’s been a journey of learning, unlearning, and finding better ways to do things.

Co-founder of an affordable travel business, focused on offbeat destinations and weekend trips.

Arabian Adda
Founder and owner of an Arabian restaurant near KSRTC, focused on quality food at affordable prices. Disrupted by COVID.

Joined in sales, moved into operations leadership and became CEO in 2023, working across people, processes, growth and product.

First, I had
to listen.
Customer support was where I began. The work moved from answering customers to handling escalations, then leading teams.
Every problem arrived with a person on the other end.

Then I learned to move the moving parts.
At a BTL marketing agency, operations meant coordinating promotional teams across cities and making the plan work on the ground.
The job was to make the plan travel.

We made room
for the detour.
Madcamps became Nomadicss: an affordable travel business built around all-inclusive weekend trips and less-familiar places.
A rebrand, a new direction, the same pull toward making an idea real.

I opened an Arabian restaurant near MS Ramaiah College, with a simple idea: good food at an affordable price.
COVID disrupted the plan. Building it still taught me what ownership feels like.
